- Technical Data: IP address and usage data via cookies when you visit wastewize.co.uk.

- Service Delivery: To schedule collections and navigate to sites.
- Compliance: To issue digital Waste Transfer Notes (WTNs) required by the Environment Agency.
- Communication: To provide quotes and logistical updates regarding your collection.
4. Confidential Waste Destruction
For clients utilizing our Confidential Waste Destruction service: Materials are handled with strict chain-of-custody protocols. Data is destroyed according to BS EN 15713 standards. We do not retain the contents of any destroyed materials, and a Certificate of Destruction is issued upon completion.
5. Data Retention
We retain Waste Transfer Notes and hazardous waste records for the statutory periods required by UK law (typically 2 years for WTNs and 3 years for hazardous waste). General contact data is kept only as long as necessary for business operations.
